About me

Welcome! My name is Jen Chenell and I am the owner and maker of all things offered in Sylvester Creative Nook. Sylvester is where my husband grew up and we currently reside. This community stole my heart and that is why I chose the name.

I am a Certified Coding and Classification Specialist by trade and on my down time you can find me in the part of our house we call my "Nook" creating new designs and piecing them together. Since I was very little I found peace in making my own little trinkets. In the past couple of years I have found some new ways to make some really fun items. I love designing images and making them come to life in a project using sublimation, paint, and my laser. With the encouragement of my daughter, who is an amazing entrepreneur, I decided to open Sylvester Creative Nook; crafting happiness, one creation at a time.
