Refund policy
By purchasing our products, you agree to our policies and have had the opportunity to read the description of your purchase.
Please Note: All items are handmade therefore they may vary in Color slightly and/or may have very minor imperfections.
- Jewelry: No refunds, exchange only for defective pieces. Exchange for exact item only. In the event exact item can’t be provided a store credit will be issued.
- Earrings: Due to sanitary reason all earrings are final sale items. No exchange or refund.
- Personalized items:No refunds or exchange. If item arrives damaged the buyer has 14 days to contact us. If item needs to be returned we will provide a shipping label. We will cover the cost to ship a new one. *Note: if returned is sent not tracked it is not our responsibility if it is lost by courier. We will only replace the item upon receipt of the return.
- Everything else: No refunds, store credit only depending on situation and only if deemed appropriate by management
- No order cancellations accepted.

- Do not return order before contacting us. All returned orders must be shipped using tracked shipping at customers expense.
- Christmas return policy: Customers must contact us by January 8 for any exchanges or returns for store credit. Please refer to the exchange policy above.
