Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

• Letter-mail -at buyers risk( no insurance and not tracked) *Bank transfer only
• For remote or rural locations, shipping costs may vary. If your order's shipping cost is prohibitive, we will contact you with adjusted shipping options or provide a full refund before fulfillment.
• *ORDERS PLACED USING AFTERPAY REQUIRE TRACKED SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICKUP (LETTER MAIL ORDERS WILL BE PUT ON HOLD) AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO ARRANGE FOR TRACKED SHIPPING OR FOR A FULL REFUND. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
• Shipping is combined per order and if your order is extra heavy you will be charged extra shipping at checkout.
• Express shipping - 5-14 days once item is shipped
• Local pickup available in Pictou County  NS (Select pickup option in checkout when you place your order)* Note: 1-3 week turn around time still applies.
• Rush fee - $10
• All shipping time do not include the 1-3 weeks turn around time
• Free shipping over $125.00 is offered before tax and after discounts are applied.

Sylvester Creative Nook  is not responsible for any shipping delays. Once your package leaves our store, we are not responsible for anything that happens after that. If your package is lost, the customer must contact the courier with their tracking information. Sylvester Creative Nook reserve the right to use a different shipping courier than selected at checkout when order is eligible for free shipping or deemed necessary by us at no additional cost to the customer.

Local Orders Being Picked up:

We will only hold your orders for up to 6 months. Due to limited space, once the 6 months is up, the order will be put back out on the shelf and unfortunately no refunds will be given once this time period has passed.
